When Will I Be Billed For My Membership?

Membership is billed annually and is based on the day you purchased your membership. For example, if you purchased your membership on July 1st of this year, you would be billed for your membership on July 1st of next year.

If I’m Not Satisfied, Can I Cancel My Membership? Will I Receive A Refund?

You can cancel your membership any time. Since membership is charged annually, you will not be billed for your next annually scheduled membership fee. If you are a current member, log in to your account to cancel your membership from your subscription page. Due to discounts and rebates attached to membership, the initial $149.99 fee will not be refunded.

When Will My Membership Be Renewed?

Your membership will be renewed annually on the same month and day you purchased it.

Do My Membership Benefits Begin The Day I Join?

Yes! Membership benefits begin immediately and include discounts on purchases of appliances, parts and accessories and more.
