- DELIVERY - C. Demler DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM THEM!!! I bought a washer and dryer set...they called the night before it was to be delivered and cancelled the delivery...I never received the set obviously and I still have to wait 10 DAYS to even be able to return the set I NEVER RECEIVED do to their problems. Not worth your time, headache, or wallet gouge.

- SERVICE - T. Manriquez Every worker here, all of them have the nastiest attitudes. They act like being at work is such an inconvenience. It makes it really hard to want to ask for help when everyone is reluctant to even bother.

- DELIVERY - J. Claypool Ordered a washer from here... They canceled the delivery due to being out of stock without letting me know...I asked for a refund. They told me it could take a month.

- SERVICE - V. Padilla I purchased an open box, Samsung Range, and a Best Buy extended warranty... The sales associate declared that the range would be replaced if anything were to fail. These proved to be false and fraudulent claims!!

- SERVICE - J. Dee ...My refrigerator broke down for about 2 months and I tried contacting the company countless times to help fix it...By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Geek Squad, every chance they got they made the process as difficult as possible!
