Too early to tell
I've only had product for a couple of days. It looks to be working well so far, but the installation was disappointing. Home Depot delivery arrived as scheduled, but the installer was unable to connect water line to ice maker. He said the installation kit was missing a fitting which I will have to order from Samsung. Once delivered, I then will have to call Home Depot to schedule a return visit to connect the water line.
The installer also said that the door reversal they did on this model was supposed to be done by a technician rather than by them. They were not prepared for how complicated the procedure was. On most other refrigerators, door reversals take 5 - 10 minutes. The Samsung model reversals are much more complicated. Mine took them almost 40 minutes.
