Works great, however scratches and dents easily, something fell out of the fridge and dented it! However it is true that fingerprints do not show up.

My Samsung refrigerator is the feature in our kitchen. The Tuscan finish is gorgeous and we love the roominess provided with double doors. The bottom freezer has much more room than I envisioned. Will definitely replace other appliances with Samsung products when the time is right.

Okay so i have not had the best luck with this fridge so far. The amount of tape and plastic covering the appliance is alot. Every time I open the fridge or freezer I end up peeling something off that should of been cleared when the fridge was set up. I like that it has alot of space and the shelves are able to be moved around to fit big items. The cool pantry seems kinda low quality and you can put bigger sized containers but you just have to watch the flap that goes up to allow bigger items to go in. I have been trying now and have called Samsung several times to help with setting up the wifi connection with the device but it always goes to 99 percent and then it fails. I have tried unplugging and reseting the fridge and also tried on one of the other samsung phones that I have to setup using smartthings. Samsung has not been much help and for now I am just going to pretend that feature is not available on this fridge. I like the lighting and door alarm. Another thing that I do not like is that you should try to remember to close the left door first cause if not you will hear a loud bang from the right door hitting the flap on the left door. I have done that a few times. You can put the milk jugs in the door but it is a tight fit. Also if you have any condiment bottles they should be small cause that's all that fits.

the ice maker in the fridge section is a hugely flawed design that samsung refuses to address. it will freeze up, frost over, leak, tray will get stuck.

This Samsung Fridge is so big I cant believe it fits in the same space as my previous fridge. Huge shelves big enough for gallons of milk plus all the extras you need! The pantry door is perfect for all my wifes pans of cookies and pies! Yeah we kinda love this fridge and tell everyone we know how great it is. Oh and love the fact that its WiFi capable!

I love the Smart features that come with the fridge. With the Smart Things App on my Galaxy S10+ I am able to monitor whether the door has been left open, the temp of the fridge and freezer, I can even turn off the ice maker. This feature came in handy the other day when my wife was rushing out of the house and left the door open on the fridge. I kept getting notifications about the door being open and I was able tell her about it so she could go back and close it since I was across town in a meeting. I was also able to monitor the temperature and make sure it didn't get too warm for the food in the fridge.
The layout of the shelves and storage are well thought out and very flexible. You can slide one shelf out of the way or fold the one next to the ice maker to accommodate taller items. The drink drawer is especially handy because you can set the temperature for it which I love because it keeps my drinks super cold without freezing other things in the fridge.

I am in love with this fridge as its huge and has great features. I like how the storage is huge, in both compartments, the fridge, and the freezer and love the deli tray as that where ham, cheese, and small things go. The only thing I do not like about this fridge as the french doors don't close on their own and I have to press the doors hard to shut it. But, at least there is an alarm when the doors are not properly shut so you know they didn't shut properly. I wish the door had more storage to keep bottles and condiments. There is not much place for high containers or packages on the inside shelves. Overall, I love the product as it fulfills its purpose of a huge fridge and has lovely features to use.

From the moment the movers opened the boxes containing this Fridge I knew I was in love! The color is amazing and room..its the roomiest Refrigerator Ive ever had. Compartments that hold everything from those huge gallon containers of milk to that special drawer I keep my perishables in. And di d I mention it was Wi Fi compatible? Yes!!
Now I have complete confidence in my appliance even when Im away! only thing is I have to replace my other appliances because they look so shabby!

I just cannot get over how amazing this refrigerator is! First, the color "Tuscan Stainless" is STUNNING! Matches with all of our decor! As you open the double doors, be prepared to be amazed at how roomy it is inside! There is literally a spot for everything! I love that the icemaker does not dispense water or ice while the doors are open! Makes wiping it down/cleaning it up a breeze!
The freezer is a little deceiving. I truly thought we might struggle with organization, being used to a side by side model before. I was COMPLETELY wrong. So spacious, and yet so easy to see everything that is inside! Highly recommend!

I wanna start off by saying how much I am in love with my new refrigerator. The color which is Tuscan is beautiful, you can't tell from the photo but it sometimes looks gray and sometimes it looks brown, I love it. I am an avid Samsung fan and have televisions that are Samsung this refrigerator totally exceeded my expectations it is very roomy everything is easy to get to and I like the fact that I am able to control the temperature and it has an alarm to alert you if the door was left open. That was an issue I had on my previous one where the door would always be left open and I would find out a little too late so that is really a very neat feature I would totally recommend this refrigerator I love it

I received the 28.5 cu. ft. Samsung refrigerator and love it! The delivery went smoothly and the people delivering were nice and had it installed within 30-45 minutes. The entire refrigerator was wrapped in some kind of cellophane that needed to be removed and that was really hard to get off around the edges. The refrigerator is so spacious and has so many separate places that you can put stuff and control the temperature. It makes it so easy to organize and see everything in it. There is a drawer that you can keep different kinds of food/wine/beverages and adjust the setting just for that drawer based on what you are keeping in it. I love the features on the inside where it tells you what temperature both the freezer and fridge are at. The color is a Tuscan Stainless Steel and looks so nice. No finger prints so up on it. The on-the-door water and ice makes it convenient for a quick cold glass of water. The only thing with that is that the crushed ice is not real crushed, it comes out in bigger chunks.

I moved to my new home a few months ago, and I was thinking to buy a new refrigerator to replace the very old one which left by the previous renter. I am more than happy to have a chance to buy a Samsung 28 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door, full Depth Refrigerator with CoolSelect Pantry™ in Tuscan Stainless Steel.
I would like to talk about the CoolSelect Pantry™ mainly. I put about 25 cans and bottled drinks in the pantry to keep them cool. It is a huge capacity. My family can always get cold drinks without a sudden ending.
For the CoolSelect Pantry™ temperature, there are three modes: beverage, deli or wine for select. which is from 34°F – 41°F, for chill or defrost food to ideal temperatures. To defrost, I just take away some drinks and put the frozen meat in the pantry one day before. It is easy and clean.
There is a divider in the pantry drawer, that I can keep some dry food in the different package on the right-hand side. To keep them well organized. All I want to say is, CoolSelect Pantry™ is a "Cool" design of Samsung refrigerator, and it is a unique design as well that I can't find in any refrigerator like this so far.
The door on the left side of the refrigerator, there are three door bins, space is a bit tiny. But I love that area, I name it "Snack bar". Chocolate, lollipop, energy bar and biscuit bites are put there, and they are placed in categories. Whenever I or my family want a snack, we just open the left door to take what we want, no need to open all the door just for a snack bar.
And the color in Tuscan of the refrigerator is very special and eye-catching. It is not black nor brown but like light black and brown. It's stunning, it's luxury, it's trendy. If it's a car, it must be a dream car.

The things I absolutely love about this refrigerator are, the looks and style, primo! The freezer is so roomy. The lighting is awesome! It is extremely quiet to the point you cannot hear it run. The water/ice dispenser is handy! The only area where I can see it needs improvement is a holder for the egg cartons! That would be so handy and create more space. Outside of that it is excellent!!

I've needed a new refrigerator after having ours for over 10 years. This Samsung fridge and specifically the color of Tuscan ... which I can describe as a mocha color. Very beautiful finish and the fact that your fingerprints don't stay on the fridge is awesome especially if u got kids. The space this fridge has along with its freezer at the bottom is great I had so much room left after I had just transferred frown a fridge that looked full before. I suggest removing the plastic from the door also before putting on the handles as I learned the hard way and now I'm pulling away in pieces the plastic that's left . But that was my error. There is n app also u can get alerts of if the fridge door stays open ... super cool to me. Also you can set the temperature from it. There's also setting for the bins in the fridge for humidity control and since I never had that before I was okay this is very cool . I own Samsung tv's and other products and this Samsung fridge meets the expectations just as any other Samsung product.

I graciously purchased this Samsung from the Insiders. I had a Samsung French door refrigerator very similar in design however it was going on 8 years old. All I can say is wow! What a difference eight years makes in technology. First thing I noticed about this refrigerator was the beautiful color. The next thing was the lightweight doors. When I open the refrigerator after it was installed the lighting is just brilliant. It covers every nook and cranny inside the refrigerator and freezer. the refrigerator cool down quite quickly and we had our food in the refrigerator within 2 hours and it stayed cold and Frozen. there is tons of storage space within the refrigerator and various compartments to use. The shelves are adjustable and you can configure them to whatever design you need to fit your lifestyle. It is so quiet you don't even hear it running. The ice maker is also quiet. It holds over 4 lb of ice which is excellent for when you're throwing a small party and need ice. My initial impressions and review our this is an excellent quality refrigerator packed with many convenient features.
