one of the burners stopped working 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired. for a $1,000.00+ product, i think it is not acceptable. i contacted samsung for service and they quote me at a minimum of $200 for labor cost only, not including parts.
i am very disapointed and will never buy a samsung appliance again.

this range has so many features and is so sleek looking i cannot tell you how much i love it! the smooth top is very easy to clean after cooking and hasn't had a single scratch in the 8 months i've been using it. i just found out it even has an air fry feature, so i'm excited to try that out on something too big to fit in my little air fryer, like if i have guests. when i bought it, it was under a thousand dollars, but i would still pay it's current price!

bought this oven three years ago. its been a lemon the whole time. first the knobs had to be replaced, because if you bumped them it would turn the burn on high and burn what ever was on the burner. or the burner would be on high for hours. the glass top had to be replaced after a year for a crack. now after two years the glass top looks ten years old with tons of scratches. six months ago the displace unit started to get moisture inside while baking. now the control board will turn the broil on high while baking and burn our food with no warning. finally the warm light on the glass top is always on now. do not buy this!!!!!!!!

I had previously glass top range for 6 years. old glass top looks better then new one after a 6 month. Very easy to scratch. Very difficult to clean.The glass over one element get burnt inside after 4 month.

the buzzer at the end of cooking time is almost impossible to hear unless you're in the kitchen with the range. i've had the range/oven for only a month and have already burned food.

This is an extremely attractive oven. It's design is simple and timeless, which is hard to achieve in a digital age of tech upgrades every year. There's just obviously been a lot of focus at Samsung on quality design. This is a very straightforward oven to run. I didn't crack a manual until I tried using it's dehydrator function. There's nothing to that either and the possibilities used as a dehydrator deserve a second review alone. This a feature I don't think Samsung's talking about enough. You see those little tabletop dehydrators advertised on television but this holds way more, takes up no more space on your countertop and looks good in your kitchen. You can dehydrate anything :)
The convection oven really does work well and it heats to temperature quickly and precisely. I have not over or undercooked anything since we got it and I cannot say that was the case with our last oven, or any oven I've used actually.
I like the glass cooktop, it's very attractive and heats evenly and quickly as well. Glass being hot glass, food does sometimes get cooked on instantly but there are a few different glass top cleaners you can use and they work well.
I've been very impressed with Samsung lately. We have a washer from them as well as an old refrigerator which is still working fine but for the ice maker. But it's 15 years old! They just make good stuff.

This range is totally awesome! It has loads of great functions. The finish is fingerprint resistant. The size will accommodate cooking large meals at once. We have baked using the convection function making pizza, it seems to cook a bit faster than the regular bake setting. The broil setting cooks really fast. It has two settings, hi and lo. The lo setting seems to cook pretty fast and the food comes out done.it has 5 burners. The two larger front pair each have two settings, for larger and smaller pots. They also have a fast boil function that allows you to cook spaghetti, rice and boil eggs faster. It has a warmer in the back middle which is great for heating food or just keeping a plate warm. Lastly, the range has a self clean function which cleans the oven so you don't have to. It takes about 4 hours to run, but it keeos the interior spotless. We are very pleased with this range. The functions are easy to use and the range performs well. This is a great addition to our Samsung family!

We replaced our glass-top white range with this stainless steel Samsung model and it is amazing.
It's our first convection oven, so it took a bit of getting used to using that feature (although you can still use regular oven cooking as well) as it does cook faster and more evenly when activated.
The range is attractive and looks great in our kitchen alongside other matching Samsung appliances.
Unlike our previous range it does not have the controls and clock at the top rear of the unit, but instead on the front above the oven door.
It features pleasant and modern blue lighting and beeps, and we've cooked a variety of items from burgers to chickens, turkeys, pizza, bacon as well as baked goods such as muffins, cookies and brownies and all have come out great. Just when using the convection feature knock a few minutes off the cooking time to start to make sure you don't overcook.
The stovetop has a warming unit as well as a few burners that feature fast boil. It's glass topped in attractive black and cleans easily, plus features a light on top of the stove to notify you of a hot burner unit.
The front of the door also features an exhaust where air will blow out when being used.
All-in-all we're very pleased and can cook our meals much more quickly than with our old range!

This oven has 5 regions to heat and/or cook which heat very quickly. It also has a convection cooking option which speeds up heating. The only two negative functions I encountered is that the stove top cools by a fan that blows the heat out the front towards the user. This can further heat the room that can sometimes be a problem. The other drawback is that the stove does not have a back splash so you cannot see the indicators that quickly tell you that the stove is hot or the burners are on unless you look down from the top. Other than these issues the stove works great and I would recommend this product line to my friends and family.

This stove is an incredible upgrade from our previous unit. I love the sleek design and that it fit perfectly into our living space. I have found that it is very easy to use, and much easier to clean! My favorite part of the stove is the multi functional burners. You can choose if you want the larger burner or the small burner on with in the same spot! I love the digital touch screen function but I have all noticed that it is easy to bump the buttons if I am working close by in the kitchen. My pets have also turned the range itself on several times by bumping the knobs. Other than that, this unit is expeceptional and I would reccogmend it to everyone I know!

I am very impressed with the Samsung Side-In Electric Range I purchased. My food cooks evenly and quickly. I utilized the convection baking setting for all of my pies for Thanksgiving. All 8 pies were evenly beautifully golden brown. I really enjoy that the range is backless. It slides in and allows for a beautiful backsplash without covering it. Also, there is a lip that hangs over on each side which blocks any food from falling down between the range and your cabinets! Very impressed and excited to utilize the dehydration setting!

I can't express enough how much this range is way better than any other range I have owned before. The oven temperature is quick to reach desired temp and the stovetop boiling feature is unbelievable fast. The sleek modern range compliments other stainless steel appliances in our kitchen. The NE58K9430SS 5.8 cu. ft. Slide-In Electric Range in Stainless Steel has been a dream to have in our home. My wife has been cooking up a storm since she has gotten the stove and with Thanksgiving coming up I can't wait. This really is a nice looking appliance, it complements the kitchen, and the stainless steel is timeless. The smooth top is not only sleek and nice to look at, it does it's job. All of the burners work great and I swear it takes my wife half the time to cook almost everything. I really like the multi-sized burners the most and the fast boil is super quick. My wife's baking has always been great but I know she had a lot of complaints about her old oven because not everything would bake evenly and burn the edges of things. This oven hasn't burned anything yet. With timers and a cooking time function that turns off the oven at the designated time really helps. I think the convection oven is all the difference. Having the fans in the back helping the heat distribute equally. I can't say enough how much this Samsung slide in convection oven has changed meals for the better in our house. I'm just worried that I'll have to let out all my pants.

I've had some time to use the stovetop and oven and am pleased with the new range. I appreciate that there is a lock on the digital screen as we kept turning on the warming center on accident. The stovetop gets very hot extremely fast so I've had to readjust all my cooking temps. I love the rapid boil feature for quick heating. I am also a baker and I like the convection oven option for my cakes vs the conventional baking for my family dinners. My only complaint would be the small shelves inside the oven. I am not able to bake as many cake layers as I am used to but it's something that I can still work with.
Upon installation we had to unmount a whole cabinet and move it over about an inch as the measurements were off because of the glass top sticking out further than the range itself. It's a little strange and it was a hassle but luckily we were able to make it fit. My kitchen looks updated and we love our Samsung electric stove.

I'm very satisfied with my oven range. From its sleek stainless steel modern look, to how fast everything cooks and boils. Its oven features are outstanding from a dehydration setting to baking cookies in half the time in its conventional setting even slow cook and bread proof options are amazing. I cant wait to cook my thanksgiving turkey.. Overall i would recommend this oven range to everyone its a 10/10 for its performance, features, design. Great work Samsung.

I wasn't home when our Samsung oven came but delivery and installation was smooth. My husband was able to enjoy cooking while I was away for vacation. When I returned, our kitchen looked different. This upgrade didn't fail us. It looks modern and uplift the status of our old kitchen. Cooking was fun as it works better than our old range. I love the safety features like the heat indicator and if the range is on. The safety features gives us peace of mind since we have small kid at home. Cooking is also a breeze since it heats up quickly. Samsung oven is good and I am happy baking some food for my husband and son. We just need to use a right type of pots and pans to avoid slipping. Over all experience was good and we are able to enjoy the new look the Samsung oven did with our kitchen. It was an awesome transformation. Samsung oven rocks!

The Samsung oven has made my other half happy which in return has made me happy. In fact she is baking way more with this oven that has a bread making feature. The bread has come out really good. I liked the dehydrator button because I like to hunt and it's perfect to dehydrate deer. There is a touch screen for the oven that makes the oven easier to use and has a favorite cook button. The roomy oven has made cooking easier especially with the convection option. There is a cleaning option quick and clean. The smooth top finish has made clean up easy. There are different size areas that are easy to follow. The oven was a great upgrade and I couldn't have chosen a better one.

Using the 58" NE58N9430SG 5 burner electric oven has been good. The oven has several options for cooking.The bake and broil work quite well. There is an option for setting on convection and that works well for baking. We've cooked various meals and various baking items. All come out well and the cooking time is as expected. The range top, has 5 burners. This is a big plus for cooking family meals. The 5th burner is a warmer. The burner is good to keep an item on the side when it is done cooking but needs to stay warm. This frees up the other 4 burners. Two of the burners allow for a small or large option on the cooking pad. The burners all do well at heating up quickly. And the heat stays consistent.The front panel makes it easy to determine all of the settings for the cooking of each meal. One issue that we have had with the unit is trying to keep the ceramic top clean. Any oil or splashes wipe off easily but often leaves a streak. We have used Weiman Cook Top Daily Cleaner and that takes care of the streaks and most of the spills on the range. Finally, the range was easy to install. Once the back panel was in place, the oven slide into the alcove nicely.

I am a daily cook so when my Samsung 5.8 slide in range in stainless steal arrived, i was very excited to get right to cooking a meal. I wanted to make a lasagna which with my old stove, it would take forever to heat a stock pot of water to boil. With my new Samsung range it took only a few minutes to boil! When it came time to bake, i love the convection baking so much, every thing bakes so evenly, heavenly bubbly cheese and perfectly baked cookies. I could not ask for any better of a range! The stainless steel makes for this to be a gorgeous range and really is a bright spot in the kitchen.

I've been needing a new range for a while and had been contemplating an upgrade but was having a hard time finding an appliance that met all of my needs. When I received the Samsung NE58K9430SS
5.8 cu. ft. Slide-In Electric Range in Stainless Steel I found exactly what I'd been dreaming of. I've never owned a slide-in range until now and I am loving it a lot. I have found with my small stature that I've always had difficulty reaching the knobs without burning myself, not anymore. With everything up close and accessible I am no longer burning myself with the sleek up front configuration. The stainless steel is sheek and really stands out in my kitchen, very fancy. The oven heats up like a dream. Preheating takes almost no time at all, and I am not joking when I say the new oven has cut more than 1/3 of the time of baking! Amazing! The Timer is spot on, Roasting browns beautifully, and the Keep Warm function has been very handy when my hubby gets caught in traffic on the way home for dinner. I've yet to use the Self Clean and I am trying to keep everything clean, but after a big baked barbecue meal I did get to use the Steam Clean. Twenty minutes and the baked on barbecue sauce was gone! The instruction booklet has been very helpful figuring things out and I keep it close for more tips and tricks. The smooth top burners have been spectacular. I went from having only two working burners to having five... need I say more? Cooking time has been cut in half now because I no longer have to wait to finish one thing in order to start another. The warming center is a great bonus. My only complaint really isn't a complaint. When the smooth cook top is dirty you can really see it but it helps me keep it extra clean and wiped up at all times. But I think that's a good thing so I keep my kitchen extra clean like it should be. The multi size burners are ingenious and really conform to my needs during use. The Samsung NE58K9430SS

Samsung convection slide in range is exactly what I have been looking for. It offers many features above and beyond my needs and has a professional appearance.
It's so nice to have a choice of regular bake or convection bake. The convection bake is awesome because I know the heat is being distributed throughout the oven and not just coming from the bottom. Also, it cooks my cookies evenly so I'm not turning the pan around and it so much quicker.
There is tons of space 5.8 cu.ft. to be exact. Cooking family dinners are so much easier. Also, I can set a time to start it and stop.
The design is professional and clean and has a smooth sleek finish. It has definitely made my kitchen look stunning.
The touch screen panel is so easy to use and is self explanatory. There are many push features but my favorite are the bread proofing. I love making bread, rolls and my own pizza crust. This definitely helps my life. Also it has a dehydrator button that can do fruit, meats, and vegetables. They have a lock button which lock my little ones from pressing the buttons.
There are four areas on the glass to cook and one warming area. It is spacious and room to cook multiple things. The glass is easily cleaned with a ceramic cooktop cleaner
There are 2 modes of cleaning steam clean and self clean. Steam clean is a quick solution to not so dirty ovens and self clean is that deep down cleaning cycle. Stem clean is done in approximately 20-30 min.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase and glad I chose this model it works amazing. Especially since I love baking for friends and family. Samsung you never disappoint me.

Timeless looks, good construction and a rapid heating cooktop range.
There aren't a whole lot of things one can say about an oven. At the very least, an effective oven should heat evenly and reliably. Being a Samsung you can expect that this oven will do so efficiently and reliably. What set this oven apart for me were the following.
Installation.
I've never had an appliance install as easily and precisely as this one did. We don't have a regular slide in space. On one side of our oven there is only a small thin wall. The dimensions listed on the site indicated that the oven would fit but I was still very concerned. Most installs always have a problem. This oven adjusted into the space perfectly. It was actually a better fit than the previous one and it had the countertop built for it! Nice job Samsung.
The cooktop.
I always prefer gas cooktops. Pros don't pick them for no reason. They're instant on, instant off and they heat rapidly. I've never owned an electric range that heats quickly, at least in comparison to a gas range. This range is an exception to the rule. The two front burners are 3000 watts! They heat extremely rapidly and precisely. Except for slow heating the same caveats to any other glass cooktop apply, they do take some time to cool down and they can get scorched by liquids, BUT that brings me to the next point.
Cleanup
Glass rages clearly look the best until they get scorched by hot food or liquids. And the sad fact is that they absolutely WILL get scorched with food and liquids. I found though that a dedicated glass cooktop cleaner and scrub pad will get it clean every time. The quality of the glass matters and the Samsung has cleaned up several times without issue. My old range would clean to a point but always stayed stained. The Samsung has required less cleaning and retained it's new appearance after each cleaning. I've not needed to clean the interior of the oven yet but I look forward to the steam option. So far what little things that have fallen to the bottom have easily been swept out without sticking to the interior and we use the oven at least twice a day.
The oven is feature filled with convection options and the touch screen style buttons work simply and intuitively. It's extremely easy to use. I didn't even crack the manual for the first two weeks. Again, we use it all the time. It's a fantastic oven!

The delivery of my Samsung oven was on time and professional. I received a call 30 minutes prior to delivery and installation was also very quick. They provided some basic information on the range and everything was done within 30 minutes.
Samsung oven pros:
The oven looks really good and modern with stainless steel finish and the black glass top with four cooking surfaces. This is my first time using a glass top range and the cooking surfaces heat up really quick. Cooking was easy and quick whith multiple temperature levels. The cooktop lights up in red wheh on which indicates the hot surface which is a nice feature and also looks cool. I was concerned I won't know if the glass is still hot after cooking but that had also been taken care of. There is a small square in the front which shows the hot surface even after the range is off.
Samsung oven Cons:
This is the first time I used a glass top range and the only con I could think about is that the glass top is really slippery and the pan keeps moving around a lot. I don't know if there is better option that Samsung can come up with to keep the pan in place.
I think with a different pan or pot it won't be that slippery.
All in all a great experience for us with the Samsung oven. It really changed the look of our kitchen and our cooking experience at home. Our kitchen looks way better with the new Samsung Oven and I really love it every time I enter our kitchen.

I was really impressed by the sleek modern design look it had. Fits perfectly with any style kitchen you may have. It has amazing features from bread proofing to even a dehydration button for fruit etc. also has steam self cleaning (which who doesn't love anything that self cleans) you can choose to roast or bake it also has a slow cook option has its own warming center the conventional oven is amazing it is great for people that enjoy to bake like me, You are able to fit 4 cakes at a time and they will all cook evenly! It's glass top is a really great design really easy to use the only thing I would have to say is that the knobs are really sensitive so you do have to be careful and make sure that they are off. You also need to make sure that you are using the correct pots and pans because certain ones are not recommended to be use on the glass top, it's warming centers are great to keep your food nice and warm. It also has a great feature where you can select if you would like your pot to heat up completely or just in the middle also has rapid boil. This oven is truly amazing and our family loves it! I would totally recommend this to our friends and family or anyone out there searching for the perfect sleek modern conventional range.

I've never used a brand new oven before, so this was pretty cool. I am a huge baker and cooker. I love to bake goodies all the time, and this oven is the best to bake anything! I have made chocolate chip cookies (they came out the best ever), banana nut bread, brownies, and many more. What's great about this oven is that it bakes everything so much faster. I put it in the regular temperature but it cooks faster then it went in. That is awesome that it saves so much time!
Cooking normal food in this takes less time as well. What I also love is the stovetop. It works so very well and it cooks the food faster then I've ever had anything cook before. I am super impressed! I clean the insides (even when it doesn't need to be cleaned) once a week to keep it nice and clean plus maintain the clean oven. I also clean the stovetop pretty much every day, even if I am not using it. Cats walk on top of it plus dirt and smudges happen often. I love how clean and pretty it looks. it matches my dishwasher and my fridge!

I am estatic to write this review because this range has impressed me from the day it was delivered. It has a bold sleek design, stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish and has a vast array of easy to use functions. It has 5 burners, the larger front two are also used for fast boiling. They heat up very quickly. The back 3 burners are smaller in size, two are for cooking and one is for warming food. The oven is a work of art. It has several easy to use functions- bake, convection bake and broil. I have used all of these functions to make various meals and this range cooked them extremely well. I made homemade pizza, shrimp quesadillas and pancakes with sausage to name a few. The oven is spacious and is easy to clean, the range does have a self cleaning function for large messes and stuck on food. The digital display is easy to use and has a clock along with the oven light, timer and a numerical keypad. The knobs are large and when pressed in they beep to alert you that the range burner is on. The glass top is marvelous. It is smooth and has 5 burners. It is easy to wipe down. I use glass top cleaner to maintain the shine and remove splatter stains. Samsung has really impressed me with their whole line of stainless steel fingerprint resistant kitchen appliances. This is the best range I have ever owned. It is truly a masterpiece!

This electric range has all the options you could want and it looks absolutely beautiful. This model is very streamlined with clean lines and a classic look. This will never go out of style. The beautiful stove top fits perfectly, overlapping the counter just a bit for that perfect and clean look. The controls are so easy to use, no need for the instruction book to do simple things like change the clock. I know I have struggled with some stoves and it becomes a pain. The timer has such a pleasant tone but is also loud enough to alert you but not drive you crazy. This awesome range has all the bells and whistles! You can dehydrate, slow cook, roast, and you have convection settings too! A really cool feature is the sabbath feature for the jewish community, so that all the technology is silenced. I think that is such an inclusive and thoughtful feature! So far the the food I've cooked in the oven and on the stovetop has come out great and boiling water doesn't take forever anymore! This range has exceeded my expectations in both its looks and its funtions. You can tell they put a lot of thought into this machine. Samsung, I'm impressed!

I absolutely love my new Samsung Slide-In electric Range. It is sleek and very beautiful! I absolutely love the huge glass top. It allows me plenty of space to cook multiple foods at the same time. The warming area is great too because I can move items that have finished cooking over to that burner to keep the food warm while everything else is finishing cooking. The oven area is great too! I absolutely love the convection oven option. It cooks all of my food, for example pizza, evenly. There is also a dehydrator option for the oven, which I am excited to try! The storage drawer on the bottom of the range is slightly smaller than my previous range however, I can fit anything I need down there. I am super happy with my new Samsung range and will definitely recommend it.
