Terrible microwave

This microwaves heating element went in 13 months. It is Piece of junk DON'T BUY IT. I have a samsung fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and 4 phones. I'll never buy a samsung microwave or anything ever again.

I've had this microwave since may and love it. Especially the porcelain inside!! So easy to keep clean and I love the Tuscan color!

i have a microwave that i have used for 26 days. i bought the microwave from lowes on october 28th, i held onto it in the box until november
6th to give it to my wife on her birthday.
it is sad a $400 samsung microwave only lasted 26 days before it stopped heating up.
still waiting for over two weeks and not repaired.
unfortunately, my existing microwave, a kenmore, which was 24 years old, was still working and i gave it away. the new samsung was stainless steel and matched my appliances better than the kenmore is why i bought it.
