I bought this washer dryer combo in 2021 but its horrible. Every year I have to get it repaired. Its a trial and error by LG with this product washer and dryer combo. LG doesnt have the right engineering for this combo yet. I dont advise anyone to get it. Its a big headache.

ALMOST perfect...

I want to love this unique and remarkable machine ... I really do. But its just not quite perfect thus 4 out of 5 stars. Ive spent a lot of time trying to solve for it but theres always a hiccup with spin cycle. Times that it is just scary fast and therefore loud. Thankfully my community is on multi-acre lots so no one can hear it shimmying through a spin cycle. Otherwise it is amazing - takes up less than half of the original space and only uses regular 110 outlet. All good stuff - just a little hiccup with the spin and dry mode.

Loud noises when on spin cycle. Doesnt dry clothes in a timely matter takes longer than an hour to dry small load. Constantly having to clear filter almost every week. Smelly water. You should buy shock absorbers with this machine. Shakes ALOT.

I purchased this a couple months ago to put in my upstairs bathroom. Ive been very happy with the results and has made it so much easier to do laundry near our bedrooms. Make sure you read the directions and follow them. You may need to do more frequent loads as it is important to not overfill the unit. I love it

Worst machine I have ever purchased

Had a few months and the machine can not be leveled. It has made terrible noise from day one. It is on concrete and is level. We have even purchased leveling shock absorbers and it continues to make terrible noise when spinning.

Weve had this for 5 years bearings had to be replaced. It took LG about 4 weeks to complete the job someoneLG? sent the wrong size tub SO that prolonged it for another week And I feel like its still NOT right its loud and vibrates bad its level when spinning. Never had this issue LOVED MY LG After it was fixed they had to come back because I heard screws loose in drying cycleand yes there was loose screws when they came back BUT its still loud when spinning

LG Repair Service Is Non Existent

Its been in service a little over a year and has developed a slow drain with an OE error. Whats worse is LG authorized service tech is no where in this region of three quarters of a million people. And normal repair shops are utterly baffled by the combo unit and cant fix it.

Wonderful Service All Around

I purchased my condo with an electric LG washer/dryer unit four years ago. It started making a loud noise any time the unit changed cycles and recently stopped draining water during spin cycles. I was referred to call to LG directly from a local appliance maintenance business and they were wonderful from the representative I spoke to on the the phone to get scheduled to the service person that came to my home. He had the new drain pump on hand which my unit needed replaced based on my research and he fixed it up same day. He even came many hours early and was done within an hour. Great experience all around and will definitely use them again in the future for any of my LG appliances.

Constantly Broken Drain Pumps

This product is not good. It does the job when it works however I have had three drain pumps installed and break in three years. I had a Home Depot extended warranty that covered 3 years of repairs and of course the 3rd drain pump installed broke a month after the warranty expired. When I contacted customer service and told them that three drain pumps have been installed in three years and they have all failed LG told me that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to pay for repairs which is ridiculous because there is clearly something wrong with the drain pumps. My friends and family have owned washers that have not needed repairs for over 10 years so this seems like a poorly designed product with awful customer service. Pros: -Fairly quick for a washer dryer combo -Remote start and stop Cons: -DRAIN PUMPS BEAK CONSTANTLY -Poor customer service

LG Front Load Washer and Customer Service

I have been using an LG front load washing machine and overall I am satisfied with its basic functions and have no major complaints. After a little over two years of use the drain pump malfunctioned causing drainage issues. I contacted customer service for assistance and making a service appointment over the phone was easy. The service technician arrived on the scheduled date and time and within 30 minutes they replaced the faulty part completing the repair. LGs service was excellent as expected. Additionally if you purchase the washing machine from Costco you will receive both the manufacturers warranty and the Costco warranty providing a combined 2-year extended warranty. This is worth considering as it offers two years of free warranty repairs. In my case the breakdown occurred a little after the extended warranty period had expired so I had to pay for the repairs. However the cost was approximately 1/10th of the washing machines price which wasnt too expensive considering the overall process from booking to repair.

Complete piece of crap

Weve had this piece of crap for less than two years followed the manufacturers recommendations even had a technician out once to repair the drain pump and it still doesnt work the way its supposed to. Now its out of warranty and the drain is malfunctioning again. My recommendation is to not waste your time or money with this model or anything that LG manufacturers. Every LG device weve every owned has been horrible including the TVs.

Quick and easy customer service setup

I bought my washer and dryer combo machine a year ago and it was working fine until its stopped running. So I setup an appointment to fix the problem trough the LG smart app. On the next day I got call from LG technician and confirmed the problem with my washer. He came on time and fixed my washer and he explained what we did wrong with setup and also explained the cause of the broken washer without any charge. Overall my experience about the washer and dryer combo is ok. I like how washer is working clean the clothes and it has a lot good washing option but I dont like how drying is working because it takes long time to dry out and you have to put little clothes on it to get completely dried clothes.
