Breaks easily

Within three months of purchasing this oven it had an electronic issue and one of the wires burned out. As a result we were unable to use the oven to make Thanksgiving dinner and it took 4 weeks to get a technician to fix the problem. Not a very good impression for a new oven if you ask me.

Broke after 2 1/2 years

I bought this range as a set with microwave and dishwasher. Went to use it the other day and display was gone. Checked power line and everything was fine. After looking it up online and see other reviews it seems common for the range to break...only after 2 years. Tried to contact support and of course the range has a 1 year warranty and the service call and part cost more than a replacement. Wont buy LG again.

Major Issues/Waste of Money

Bought this oven just under 2 years ago and like many others the control board is already fried which means the oven portion doesnt heat at all. The repair person we had come out to look at it said it could have been a fire hazard. . . Terrible to think we spent so much on a big appliance that not only died after 2 short years but could have also been a safety issue. Already contacted customer service and they wouldnt do anything about it since they only offer a 1 year warranty. It seems like LG was aware there could be issues and shortened the warranty to cover themselves when they all started breaking down. A huge waste of money and will not replace it with an LG again.

Dont buy

Not a happy customer Ja 7/10/2022

Had a control board go bad after just over one year of ownership. Tried calling customer support and service it was horrible. Long hold time when attempting to order the replacement part. Had to buy a new board out of pocket at local shop. Board was changed and it worked for about 4 more months and then it broke again. Oven starts to heat and then shuts off. Having to cook all my food in the air fryer now.

Worst purchase ive made.

Bought as a package stove fridge and dishwasher when i remodeled my kitchen. Stove top is impossible to keep clean to the point you panic if you happen to spill anything on it. Had the glass top replaced 6 months in because it discolored. And that was a 2 month long fight with lg. Now after 3 years two elements come on when one is turned on causing a huge fire risk and no concern again from lg. Trust me lg doea not stand for lides good.product is unsafe.

Control panel not working all parts of the stove

This oven was manufactured in May 2019 I purchased at Thanksgiving year before last THE CONTROL PANEL IS SHOT it only works some of the elements I have 1 front burner and a warmer burner I can start the oven cant turn it off without unplugging it. Cant set the correct time or temperatures as some of the number dont work and 3 burner buttons do not work. The OFF button doesnt work. Called service and they want $125.00 fee just to to send someone out to look at it and then $65-175 for labor and then the cost of parts. Ill never buy another. AND NOW LG HAS DISCOUNTUTED THIS MODEL and parts are more expensive if you can find what you need
