My kitchen has great lighting for my countertops but I cant see the keys on this microwave control panel. The texted needs to have more contrast to the background or be backlit. I have to use a flashlight.

Ive had this product less than 2 years and for the last 3 weeks my display is going crazy. It will not display the time it just keeps blinking all kinds of random half numbers and looks like letters. Besides that issue its been working great. And dont try and email the company to get answers and send a video of whats happening it will not allow me to do that.

Bad clock circuits

A month after we had the unit installed the clock started flickering and you couldnt read the numbers. LG came out and replaced the clock circuit. Thank-you. Just last week the clock started doing the same thing but this time its even worse.

LCD Display Started Flickering at 15 months.

Loved the Microwave until 15 months after use the LCD display started flickering and at 18 months parts of the LCD display started going out. LG response is that it is outside the 1 year warranty period. Local service center said just buy a new one. I was going to buy an LG washer next year not now.

Two weeks later when it was the night before the install they called to say they wouldnt be able to make it and needed to reschedule for some time 6 days later or further out. I told them not to bother and cancelled the order.

Light display issue.

Ive had the microwave and stove/oven for about a year. The light panel is losing a part of the time slowly but surely. The microwave has no time on the panel it is completely black and the stove had lost about 5 lights and its impossible to tell the time or set the temperature to bake something in the oven. Is this a common issue with LG appliances?

Ive had to call the LG repairman to my house twice this month for my brand new microwave. First visit he discovered the wiring was installed backwards at the factory. Second visit he discovered the door was not closing correctly for the microwave to work properly he replaced sensors. So my experience with my new LG microwave has been extremely disappointing. However my experience with the LG repairman has been excellent. He was timely truly concerned with the issues extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the product he was repairing. Clock Display Malfunction

Recently the clock display has started to malfunction some numbers are not fully displayed are incorrect and/or they wiggle. Additionally they do not display the readable correct time. The microwave was headed for the trash can when I realized the timer seemed to still work correctly. This will allow me time to shop for a new unit.
