Do not buy an LG cooktop The knobs started to break after a short time of owning it because they are nothing more than CHEAP plastic in the back of knob. If you want to replace them they cost anywhere from 100.00 -150.00 per knob. That is price gouging at its worst. Your company should be ashamed at yourselves I could buy a whole new cooktop for a little bit more. And there are no other knobs that fit the model

I have this cooktop and the left grate is disintegrating the product is under 1 year old and I have not used any type of cleaner that would prompt this. It is next to impossible to get a hold of someone from customer service. I definitely would not recommend this company or this cooktop.

Knobs dont light up

I had another LG model same as this one but with a different center burner. In that one the knobs had an LED light that would light up when the knob is turned on. This model arrived and the knobs dont light up even though they look similar and have a transparent strip that would light up in the previous cooktop. We called LG and were told they should light up. I asked for a replacement and the replacement also has the same issue. I asked LG on Twitter and they state the knobs should light up. Either there is a defective batch of these cooktops or the feature has been removed without any communication. The gas part of the stove works fine.
