Black LG cooktop 8/23/2024

This top has burner issues the middle one does not light without help. The design is rediculous with the top controls being next to the flames. So far I have avoided an accident. Our latest issue is with the control knobs. The inside of one has broken is difficult to find on LGs site. Good luck

Product looks good but difficult to clean and you will have to change the knobs regularly. I replaced all 5 knobs because some have melted and some brake on the inside. Terrible and it stops you from using the unit and replacement doesnt last either. This is an engineering issue and it is a shame on a product that costs more than $1200 after discounts.

Knobs are cheap and melted as soon as I used more than one cooking surface. Additionally those that did not melt broke.

My cooktop was not installed properly. After waiting a few weeks for installation team to come and fix the issue they came today and said they cannot fix it. Im beyond frustrated.
