Instructions for how to attach washer to cabinet need to be clearer with better pictures. Also, the silverware basket always bumps against the side of the washer when sliding it in. Other than those things, it seems to be working well.

Easy to self install, easy to use, exceptionally quiet
Two issues are lower rack...if you load dinner plates in the front slots first, when you pull the rack out everything tilts into the door crack and much is thrown out
Second issue is set up of utensils rack. They are difficult to lock down and interfere with loading dishes

Quiet, efficient, dries as well as any dishwasher we've had. We saved the utensil holder from our last dishwasher as it was easy to place and easy to pull out. Did not like the dual system or how they hooked onto the lower dish rack. Hopefully this unit will last longer than our GE.

We purchased the Bosch 100 Series Dishwasher and found it to be reasonably priced. We thought Bosch was out of our budget. We found the unit to be quiet and does a beautiful job of cleaning dishes, utensils and pots. We are so pleased to be able to own a Bosch product.

We purchased this Bosch 100 Series Dishwasher after a good run with an old Bosch dishwasher we'd adored. We'd never been disappointed with the old one and wanted to continue on with Bosch. We have not been disappointed. This dishwasher leaves no dish unclean. We have run it completely full and in contrast to some other branded dishwashers we've used, everything comes back sparkling clean. I was slightly concerned about getting the less expensive model but I have no regrets. Run don't walk to buy this Bosch 100 series. You won't be disappointed.

The unit is very quite, looks great and does a fantastic job. However, we didn't get off to a great start. After installing my new Bosch Dishwasher and attempting to run a test cycle, an error code appeared and the dishwasher would not operate. I called Bosch Customer Service and a Bosch Technition, not a contractacted local contractor, was at my door the next morning. The technician diagnosed the defective water pump with in minutes and replaced it. I was impressed that the design of the dishwasher allowed for the pump to be accessed from the front and did require the diswasher to be removed from its installed position. I was also impressed that the technician had the correct part. He said they always review the error code in the work order prior to going to a job and they try to stock their truck with parts related to that error code. The technician then ran a few cycles to be sure the unit was opperating properly and even took the time to falmiarize me with this new unit's display and controls. We've had it a couple of months now and recommend Bosch Appliances and their prompt and their prompt and capable customer service to our friends. I plan to eventually replace all my appliances with Bosch.

I really wanted to love this dishwasher, but it is quite terrible on multiple fronts.
First, the dishes never get dry no matter how they are positioned. Even the glass plates are damp. Forget plastic ware.
Second, it opens and closes terribly. Very stiff and tough to open and slams shut. The springs could be relaxed a bit.
Next, the inside smells all the time even when the dishes are clean. Water sits in the bottom drain after every load.
Finally, the rack and spindle configuration is not user friendly for a household that uses more cups and bowls. It's great if you only use plates and silverware.
Overall, I wish we could return it and secretly hope it will break down sooner than later so we can start over. Now we are stuck with it for at least five years. Maybe we got a lemon?

We bought this dishwasher after reading reviews in Consumer Reports. It was a bear to install and the interior design makes it hard for plates to be arranged if they are not super thin in design. We almost have to place our plates every other spot to insure they get cleaned with maximum water flow. The silverware baskets are awkward and don't fit securely onto the rolling bottom level. In general, we have to run it way more often due to the design of the tongs inside of the machine.

Cleans well, dishes mostly dry at end. Small quibbles: must move lower rack to left when removing it as the edge of the silverware rack catches the edge of the tub right-side trim and rack will not budge. And, lower rack has two sets of tines at front for smaller plates or bowls. One set is fine but other are too closely spaced, at least for my dinnerware. Speed60 is a great feature - for well rinsed dishes, it's done in an hour instead of over two hours for full cycle

My dishwasher is always on AUTO...Tried2 different customer4 service phone numbers...after waiting over 45 minutes hung up because no one answered. The Irvine Bosch center also no answer for over 15minutes

We are really enjoying our new Bosch dishwasher. It cleans the dishes excellently, and is far superior to our prior dishwasher. The only minor quibble is that the front top where the controls are located is plastic, instead of stainless steel. However, it cleans like a champ, even when dishes have food on them which has set for a while. We also love the little flip-down shelf over the top rack for our long cooking utensils.

Had a hard time installing it. The first one Lowes sent leaking like crazy from the tubing on left side of dishwasher and they replaced it with another one. Had a real mess. The new one seems to be working OK. Having a hard time keeping it tight in area where it goes. Don't like the way they arrange for dishes to be placed. Dries regular dishes great but plastic is always wet. However, seems to do a great job of getting everything clean on the positive side.

Fits more than one expects, but as others say, you need to get used to how best to load it. Very quiet, and does not include heating dishes after wash...that feature is just not needed. if this one is too expensive (the Cheapest Bosch already), just get it in non Stainless Steel It's really great

I have had my Bosch dishwasher now for almost 2 months and just love it. I cook alot at home and boy does it really clean the dishes. I have made several casseroles in my large 16X20 pyrex dish and have been amazed that it gets it spotless. You really don't have to rinse your dishes just scrap the food off, it is that simple. I hardly hand wash anything anymore now that I have my new dishwasher.

Determined to buy a Bosch after finding out my 5 YO Lg DW computer or pump was shot and repair costs were very high.
Very low stock so I chose this one...very small inside area and very hard to load. Really seems a cheaper unit over all by comparison to the previous one.
Fortunately I'm alone and just run it more often ( daily) but still end up with things that just don't fit and have to be hand washed.
Also, I've changed the dry cycle 2X now but things are still,pretty wet when it's done, and the door doesn't pop open so I have to do it manually.

I had no idea how horrible our 7-year-old dishwasher was until we got our new Bosch. When the cycle is finished the dishes are actually hot - and CLEAN! - which they were not with our old appliance. Dishwasher cleans great (why we bought Bosch) but does not dry at all. Tried to return ours after a week and both Home Depot and Bosch refused even though we bought an upgraded Bosch (that does dry). Now we are stuck with this. Don't waste your money.

Despite being at the low end of Bosch's line-up, this dishwasher works great. Quiet as can be. It's super-easy to clean out the filter. Couldn't be happier.
Note that there's a drainage hose inside the washer when you get it. I had bought an extension + thought I needed another one before I realized that there was a hose already in there. Should have read the manual!

My old machine was only 3 years old and used only a handful of times repair person told me it would be cheaper to purchase then to repair but like I said it was used a handful.of times why because I'm a single man and I just hand wash them . Since I purched this Bisch dishwasher I just can not believe how silent it is and every thing is so clean . I recommend the Bosch dishwasher for everyone.

I contacted customer service the first time I used my new dishwasher. The dishes came out clean, but the interior of the machine walls was wet; it would not dry unless I propped the door open. This still happens every time I wash the dishes (even using the sanatize feature). Last week I had dirty dishes AND wet walls. I have pictures... I contacted customer service again and have yet to hear back! Come on Bosch, you came with rave reviews from friends, but I'm totally frustrated!
