Was thrilled to find this Bosch with the same specifications as my Sharp that no longer works. This model has a lot of new features they may extend the life of this product. Easy in and out installation. Is very heavy and you will need two people to lift it.

Looks and performs GREAT!

Have only had installed 2 weeks, and so far there have been no performance concerns. It was easy to install (by a general contractor), and the power is amazing. Love the drawer and the design is just perfect for my kitchen and its location. No door handle to get in the way. Love Bosch products. Have had their dishwasher for 22 years. Not a single problem. And when the time comes to replace, it will be another Bosch.

We purchased the subject appliance in October of this year. Two weeks after it was installed, the microwave stopped heating and I've sent a service request to Bosch but have not recieved any instructions or a call. Right now, I have a $1900 toy that doesn't work. Hopefully I will hear something soon and I can write a better review.

Been using our Bosch Drawer Microwave for a couple months now and love the build, that it's below the counter and gives more counterspace . Only downside so far is that it beeps for a while when the food is done, which can get a little aggrivating.

Very convenient to use

I have being using it for over 2 years. So far so good. Like this drawerstyle a lot, makes dishes in and out very easy especially for hot soups. It reheats and defrost evenly which are big plus for us. The only complaint I have is that the open and close are not as quite as I expected.

Doesn't Work

This product hasn't worked since the first day it was taken out of the box and installed. While Customer Service is super friendly, the policies are not helpful for the consumer. We have been without a working microwave for 2 months and the only thing that has been done for us is to send someone out to check on the microwave and tell us that "you are right, it does not work." This was 2 weeks ago and we are were told they ordered 2 parts in hopes that they could possible fix it. The irony in this whole situation is that Bosch is trying to fix something that is brand new. For $1599, this item should work. We are now stuck with this type of microwave because out new kitchen cabinets were designed around this microwave. I would not recommend this to anyone and the designer and contractor that helped us pick out this microwave is no longer recommending this to others. Very disappointing.

Short life

I thought buying a Bosch meant I was bying quality, But 3 and half years into owning this microwave, it has burnt up and no longer works. burning wire smell. My fault for not checking but really a 1 year warranty. Your slogan of built for life surely doesnt apply . Not happy I now have to request service and your authorized is 129 and 40 for 15 min, really $160 hour !!!!!

Trouble Since Day One

We bought this and immediately had problems with it not working upon installation. Had a repair people do all that Bosch asked and it eventually was replaced due to faulty mother board. Less than a year later, same problem. Microwaves like this are great...when they work. For the price, this should not be an issue.
