Comfort Exchange Policy

Comfort exchanges will be permitted on any standard sized Mattress purchased at $499 or above under the following terms.

  • Comfort exchanges will be permitted on any standard sized Mattress purchased at $499 or above under the following terms.
  • $150 Comfort Exchange Processing Fee collected before exchange
  • Purchase of Mattress Defender at original time of mattress purchase.
  • Any exchange must be for a mattress of an equal or greater value.
  • Any exchange within the first 30 days of delivery will have a 15% exchange fee and re-delivery fee ($70 or $85 Sat metro area).
  • Mattress must be odor and smoke free.
  • Only one exchange per customer.
  • No exchange will be permitted on any mattress that is soiled, torn, damaged and/or abused.
  • No exchange will be permitted on any floor models, clearance, or any “one of a kind” mattresses.
  • There are NO REFUNDS on any mattresses once the customer has received his/her merchandise.
