Comfort exchanges will be permitted on any standard sized Mattress purchased at $499 or above under the following terms.

Comfort exchanges will be permitted on any standard sized Mattress purchased at $499 or above under the following terms.
$150 Comfort Exchange Processing Fee collected before exchange
Purchase of Mattress Defender at original time of mattress purchase.
Any exchange must be for a mattress of an equal or greater value.
Any exchange within the first 30 days of delivery will have a 15% exchange fee and re-delivery fee ($70 or $85 Sat metro area).
Mattress must be odor and smoke free.
Only one exchange per customer.
No exchange will be permitted on any mattress that is soiled, torn, damaged and/or abused.
No exchange will be permitted on any floor models, clearance, or any “one of a kind” mattresses.
There are NO REFUNDS on any mattresses once the customer has received his/her merchandise.
