Noisy - constant gurgling sounds/rattling from 10 ft away

Very disruptive, annoying noises. All day long. Had service here 4 times in 6 mos. Thay claim normal sounds. Rediculous. I could understand a few noises occasionally , but this is constant. Very disappointed. And the service company they use (A&E Factory service) is impossible to reach anybody in person.

Save your $. The worst unit I have ever owned dealing with the worst CS ever. If I could give it less than one star I would. From the very first day the noises were unbearable and there was water puddling on the freezer door gasket. Numerous attempts and boxes of parts delivered to no avail. It got noisier and the ice maker stopped working. All they ever said was the noises are NORMAL read your owners manual and never could figure out why there was water continuously on the freezer door gasket. Finally after months of aggravation the company issued a credit/replacement. Never again!

The unit arrived with some dents on the right side. The delivery people claimed that it wasn't them and it must have happened at the warehouse. The ice maker in the freezer had stopped working after 3 weeks of usage. During the last day of operations, the unit was making loud clicking sounds. Having a difficult time in scheduling service for the refrigerator. Purchased the unit from Sears and was told to contact the Frigidaire. Frigidaire instructed me to contact an appliance repair company and that company stated that they don't do warranty repairs on appliances that wasn't purchased from their store. I am going to have them pick up this unit to cancel my purchase order if I don't get any response for service.

This has to be the most aggrevatung thing ever. Everything I open the freezer drawer ice is pushed from the auto ice maker tray over the back and comes out to the front tbin the floor. If not caught it melt and leaves a puddle. The worst design ever and can't get an answer on how to fix it. Absolutely sucks, don't buy!!!! You will be sorry

We bought this fridge a year ago. I love the look and the storage space in both the fridge and freezer section of this fridge. However, about a month ago (a month after our year warranty was up) it has started to rattle very loud from the base to the point that we can't watch tv in the same room without blaring the sound to override the fridge. I have tried to contact directly via email and phone to try and receive customer support with no success. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating that the fridge is a year old and already giving us issues.

Everything is falling apart

I bought this and received this in June 2019, within the first year stuff started falling apart. After that 1 year warranty ran out it was now my responsibility to pay for this everything that is falling apart, which would cost me over half the value of the fridge. The freezer gasket will not seal any longer, the fruit drawer track has broken and the wheels are falling off and lastly the flap that created the seal between the French doors also broke. I don't want to pay for all of these repairs 2 years into the life of a fridge that should last over 10 years. I replaced my LG fridge as I did a reno and bough all new appliances, my LG fridge is in my basement still going strong after 10 years with no issues. Maybe mine is a lemon, but I expect more out of frigidaire, and not at my cost. Honestly, we take care of our stuff, this is not user error, this is a quality issue.

We purchased this refrig on June 15, 2021 from Charlotte Appliance in Rochester, NY.It seems fine, except it makes awkward crackling sounds 3-4 daily. It is not hooked up to any water source, as we use a separate ice maker for our ice needs. I wonder if that's why the noise happens. Wonder if we should take the water making cartridge out of its cradle inside the top right hand side. Any advice is appreciated.

This model™€™s shelves and vegetable bins seem sturdier. I like that the freezer section has ™€œbaskets™€ that can be taken out to clean. I would tell owners to read the manual, there are air vents at the back of the refrigerator that need to be clear by about an inch or two. This is important. All in all, I am pleased.

We love this fridge/freezer! It is deceptively spacious and looks great. We are about to get our kitchen remodeled and it will fit in really well. If there is any criticism at all, I think the ice box could have been made smaller, allowing for even more freezer space.That aside, one of the reasons we bought it was the size of the freezer section. The deli-drawer is also very spacious with plenty of room for storage. We also liked the ample storage space for fruits and veggies. If you are looking for a roomy and stylish fridge/freezer, this is definitely the one for you!

We have had this Refrigerator for about a Month now and it's so GREAT to finally have an Ice Maker that actually makes Ice. And the Counter Top Depth adds quite a bit of space into the Kitchen and makes it much easier to access the Lower Cabinets that were right next to the Refrigerator. This Unit replaces a Samsung that only lasted a few years before it started Freezing Up and dripping water everywhere and the Ice Maker on it NEVER Worked.

Poor warranty 4/25/2021

I purchased this fridge a year and 3 months ago. Then it died. It would not cool anything. Called Frigidaire for help and they said there was nothing they could do. No part coverage or referral for repair. NOTHING. Evidently there is a Freon leak. I am not sure if this could even be repaired. Seemed like a good fridge but did not last and the company does not back their product. NO NOT BUY !!!!

This fridge is beautiful!!! She™€™s definitely my favorite appliance in the new house. Spacious, great organization, doesn™€™t smudge easily (this was super important to me in buying a stainless steel fridge). I love the clean look on the outside. The freezer has an big ice tray but still has plenty of storage space for our frozen goods.
