We've had our wall oven for less than a year and it does not hold temperature so nothing bakes evenly. I have tried contacting warranty department on numerous occasions, but no one answers the phone and automated system just hangs up. This is by far the worst purchase and customer service.

The control panel is bowed and sticks out so everytime I reach for something on the counter it turns on. The panel itself is loose and wiggles, contributing to this. It take FOREVER TO HEAT UP OR COOK ANYTHING. It's a beautiful new kitchen spoiled by this oven. Do not recommend.

My wife is really enjoying her new oven with its bright, crisp display and meaningful controls. We didn't have room in the kitchen for a stand-alone air fryer and the air fryer has been a hit with regular potatoes and sweet potatoes. Owner comments warned as about the purchase separately air fryer basket not being specified for this model so we got that independently. Other comments from 2020 questioned the amp rating given the oven and it still has not been corrected on some web sites (says 240 amps). Our old convection oven lasted over 21 years so getting used to convection conversion control is new. The oven holds its temperature very accurately. The store promised installation of appliances, except for these wall ovens. The delivery team just brought it into the house and left it on the floor. They wouldn't have even opened the box if we hadn't asked. Oven dimensions were close but not spot on. My son and I were able to install it without too much trouble. Having pulled out the old one provided the experience we needed. The user guide could have provided more air fryer recipes.

The 30" Single Electric Wall Oven with Air Fry looks really nice however with the first use the face plate warped loose at the right corner. I can press it back in place but it just pops back off. Very disappointed in the quality. Have contacted store and waiting to hear back for next step. Also not too sure about the baking temp but need to get new oven thermometer to truly measure it. Have not yet tried air fry feature. Had to special order air fry tray (it is not included) and still waiting for it.

30 Single wall oven with Air Fry DOES NOT WORK as described

I was excited to buy this new Gallery series 30 in single wall oven with Air Fry to add to our kitchen remodel. I have the following other Frigidaire appliances: Gallery Series fridge, dishwasher, and beverage cooler fridge.Let's talk about the AIR FRY FEATURE:It has never worked on my oven as I would expect an Air Fry feature to work.I have called for warranty service on this, and the repair person has come to my house no less than 3 times. The switch board has been replaced.We have sat here with the air fry pre heat feature started. It took 20 mins to actually get up to temp. To 400 degrees.At NO POINT did the fan turn on as a part of this process. Of note, the fan works just fine in the convection mode. Just not the AIR FRY mode.After 20 mins, the fan kicked on for a brief minute, then turned off.The repair person told me after 3 visits and a relay board change and another specialty board that they had to make for us basically it is what it is. Keep in mind he's worked directly with the tech support people to try & resolve this talking with the support people on their end, he received different feedback from each person, the last one named Paul.He's washing his hands of this and shared we need to deal directly with customer care.I feel like I have a defective oven where the core feature leading me to make this purchase is a lemon.Frigidaire should replace this unit.Summary, don't buy a Frigidaire oven with Air Fry & save the hundreds of dollars & stick with the convection feature only. Air Fry is a gimmick that doesn't work.

Bought this Frigidaire Built in Oven with Air Fry at Home Depot. My hubby installed this Oven by himself, you need 1 person to pick up the oven and slide into the wall opening. The oven works great so far, did not get the chance to use the Air fryer yet. It was hard at first to set the timer, for some reason the timer defaults to 12 minutes ( did not have the chance to read the manual) . It beeps too loud once your food is done, slightly annoying if you are in the kitchen. The appearance is good, it matches to my other stainless steel appliances.

I ordered this in May 21 and had it delivered in July 21. The builders didn't get around to installing it until August and then it was reading a touch pad error. I contacted Frigidare and they sent a repairman 2 weeks later. The repairman said that yep it needed a new touch pad.. He ordered it and 3 weeks later another repairman came and replaced that. Now it needs a new control panel. He ordered that part and now it will be another 3 weeks before they come out and fix that.Needless to say, I can't give a good rating because I haven't been able to use it yet. I am not happy not having a operational oven in my new house.Hopefully when it is all fixed I will Love it. But until then, I am burning time on my year warranty and I'm not even able to use it.

We had our new Frigidaire 30 inch electric oven installed about 4 weeks ago and I love it. It has an air fry feature, a Convection bake feature a broil feature and of course regular bake. All work beautifully.It bakes quietly and it doesn't heat the kitchen up. It looks beautiful. The stainless steel along with the black glass front looks stylish and modern. It also has a steam clean feature. I haven't used the cleaning feature yet because so far it has stayed spotless.The controls are easy to use and provide a lot of options. The oven cavity is extra large with easy glide removable racks.I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful appliance. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!!! One of the best purchases we have made for our kitchen.Thanks Frigidaire for a great product. You hit it out of the park.

I had my oven for just over 1 month. I purchased the air fry rack that goes with the oven and when I put it in the rack, the inside paint chipped off. I called Frigidaire and they said it is not covered. I must have done something wrong...installing an oven rack? I don't think so. The paint literally just chipped off. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. Buyer beware!

Pretty awesome oven

I have only been able to use the oven a few times, but it has worked very well on each occasion. It seems sturdy and the oven shelves are sturdy.

We had to wait about 2 months from when ordering to when it was delivered. Got it installed about 2-3 weeks ago and works very well so far. Very quiet compared to our old GE also. Can barely tell that it is ON.
