Unable to get warranty service

I purchased this oven in October and am very disappointed in Frigidaire. I have been getting an error code on the top oven. There is no way to contact Frigidaire to get any warranty service. When calling the numbers listed on the website, it refers you to a repair service that refers you back to Frigidaire.

The air fry feature is not worth the extra cost.Frigidaire does not have an air fry accessory pan which would be a perforated air fry tray that fits in this model. (Warning: do not purchase part # WOAIRFRY thinking it will work because it is to wide to fit in the oven. See reviews of the product)Frigidaire is recommending the broiler pan which would be purchased separately for air frying. Also, the fan for the air fry feature is the convection pan so it is blowing on the side of the food instead of the top.

I am positively blown away with my Frigidaire airfyer double wall ovens. I am working my way through all the features and am so very happy. Look at those absolutely perfect pumpkin pies. I used the meat probe on the turkey and it was so evenly browned that it looked like a photo for a commerical. Check out the pumpkin cookies. You gotta get one of these beauties.

Well, we paid a little extra for the air fry option, and I have used it a number of times™€"but I cannot quite see how it is any different that roasting or baking. My family has mentioned that they do not notice a difference in any way. I have followed the suggestions and tried specific air fry recipes to no avail. Besides that, it is beautiful and easy to use.

I bought this oven because of the Air Fry option and I am still learning how to use it. The manual isn't helpful here. It beeps and I think you put the food in then even though the temperature is not to the right level. Otherwise I like the oven very much. I haven't tried the convection conversion yet but that looks helpful.

This oven does it all and it does it with style. We waited for this oven while it was on backorder and it was well worth it. Two things to bear in mind: the electrical outlet is higher up on this oven and we had our outlet raised by a few feet. If your outlet is low to the ground, you will need to have it raised (which is an easy fix). Also, the touchpad is sensitive. When wiping off finger prints, I sometimes inadvertently turn the oven on. It will let you know right away if you have done this. I like this oven and recommend it for its versatility and clean, sleek look.

I have had the double oven installed less thank 6 months and it started giving me this error and won't stop. Dealing with the manufacturer warranty group is horrible. Keeps giving an in training message and hangs up. Finally get someone and they tell me they will have a technician come out. I get a call and they tell me there a month out. So now I've been 4 months with a work sometime oven and going to be two months with a not work at all oven. Beyond angry and I DO NOT RECCOMMEND FRIDGIDARE products

I bought the double ovens a month ago and they look great in the new kitchen. The air fryer works great even though it didn™€™t come with the air fry rack. You can use a standard oven pan and it works fine. The oven is built well with the exception of the top electronics panel which is plastic and just feels cheap. The electronics pad ™€œhit box™€ for numbers seems less responsive than I would have hoped.

I bought this wall oven back in April after searching for several months to find one in stock. The oven looks great, was easy to install, and has some great features.The air fryer feature is great for the kids. We routinely make chicken nuggets, fries, and mozzarella cheese sticks. The only down side is that we have occasionally received error codes while using the air fryer or convection features while the oven is heating up.

I purchased the Gallery 30" Frigidaire Double Wall Oven with Air Fry months prior to the delivery date because it was out of stock due to high demand and the effects of Covid-19 on manufacturing. I am so glad I didn't change my mind despite the delay. The oven was ABSOLUTELY worth the wait. Even though the wall oven looks very impressive in my kitchen, the ease of use, features it provides, and taste of the foods cooked in the oven are just as impressive. We like the extra options like bread proofing and the quick preheat! The oven can seriously heat up super fast. At times it can make a high pitched sound, that is my only complaint. Buyer Beware

We purchased this to replace an existing wall oven, the air fryer option was the reason for choosing Frigidaire. I now regret this purchase.Initially we had to modify the electrical to fit in the existing opening, this oven is deeper. Now two month later, and I am still unable utilize the air fryer function properly.It does not come with the air fryer basket - on a third order to see if we can finally receive the correct Air fry tray to fit. $3k for the oven & install, and an additional $60 for the tryReally Frigidaire
