Why would the interior of the refrigerator have holes exposing the insulation between the freezer and the refrigerator??? Now it™™s taken on odors that can™™t be removed!

It keeps food cold and frozen foods frozen, but that™™s about all I can say about it. My unit came with a new house and, at less than 3 years old, the internal water line has a leak that floods my floor whenever the ice maker demands water for making new cubes. And even then the ice tends to stick together and get stuck on the side of the bin, making the ice maker incapable of dispensing ice when requested. And now, there™™s a new problem: the light in the fridge has gone out. Sure, you would think I just have to replace the bulb, right? No. The bulb is fine and I™™ve even tested brand new bulbs. There™™s another issue somewhere that prevents the light from turning on. You never realize how much you appreciate a light in the fridge until you attempt to get a drink at night and end up spilling an open cup of milk all over the place that the kids left in there after dinner™¦all because you couldn™™t see. I™™m burnt out. This is the 3rd Frigidaire appliance that we™™ve had problems with in less than 3 years. I think it™™s time to switch brands and go with Whirlpool.

This fridge came with the newly built house. The reason why stainless is in quotes in the title is because the doors are rusting without excess water on them. Even when I clean with an oil-based solution they still rust. Also, one of the door bins broke, not the manufacture's fault but because my kids put too much in it, and I can't find the replacement on the website. I also see that the other bins are showing signs of cracking. It does it's job by keeping things cold and makes ice at least. Added a picture of the rust. This is only one place as there are many others

The fridge works great.. but the filter took an act of God to replace. And the ice maker works when it feels like it and gets jammed ALOT!

Being immunocompromised, ordering out has been something I haven™™t been able to do, so I™™ve had to meal prep all of my meals for the past 15 months. I™™m so glad to have moved into a home with this refrigerator because there is more than enough space to hold all the food and ingredients I constantly need.

Refrigerator came with our new house purchase three years ago. Recently had to replace the in-fridge water filter. Replacement filter arrived well protected. Install went smoothly. water tastes great and ice-cubes are available again.

The power went out for almost 2 days and the refrigerator didn't stay cool for long. Had to move all my food to the garage. I had a GE refrigerator before and the food stay cool for at least 24 hours.

Got this with a new house build and it™™s...fine. Quite loud when it decides to do something. Great at making ice, though™"I often need to turn it off or it™™s overflowing! Also seems about 1 shelf short™"there™™s a lot of vertical space that goes unused.

So my freezer has an issue holding its shelves in place. I've tried the local Fridgidaire repair man and customer service. Somehow no one seems to believe the shelves don't fit.Too bad they don't do quality control in the plant.

It's only been 4 months and the refrigerator is completely rusty. After communicating with you and sending photos, he says that the rusty it is not covered by the warranty and the solution was to clean it with baking soda or vinager. That did not solve the problem, and it is still the same. I am very disappointed.

Good refrigerator that could have been a great refrigerator. Some issues with Ice Maker. The fact that the Water Filter Cartridge only lasts for about 200 Gallons.

We have had this fridge for less than a year and the shelves are all breaking one by one. They are made of cheap plastic. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service to see if I can get new ones under warranty and never get any answers. Very disappointed in this considering the amount of money we paid for this product.

This refrigerator holds a lot of food and frozen food. It holds the temperature and keeps things cold. The ice maker constantly makes ice when it has been used. It is also very nice looking in the kitchen.

It was tough to find a side by side refrigerator. So far this is working well for us. Only complaint is that it did not come with enough shelves :both the freezer and refregerator side- so after purchasing I had to order one more self for the frig side and two for the freezer
