It's a nice microwave. I would like it even better if the +10sec and +30sec buttons could start the microwave for those short time periods in addition to the quick start 1min, 2min, and 3min options.

The Over the Range Microwave works great. It was larger and much lighter than the one I replace, that made the install a one-man job. I gave it four stars because the buttons need to be pressed multiple times sometimes. The other reason is that it would be nice to have a thirty second button that works without pressing the one-minute button first.

We have had this microwave a couple of months. It seems to work well. The light is a LED with a bluish hue and only one brightness level. Our cabinet above the microwave is a little deeper than the others so we had to add some 2x4s to the wall. We could have purchased a separate install kit but it was very much on back order and $$$.Overall, we are satisfied.

I can™™t use it because the retaining bolts broke during install two months ago. Now you refuse to tell me when I can get the replacement part or just replace the whole thing. It is nothing more than just an eyesore on my living room floor.

The microwave will run for a few minutes then shut off for no reason. It is like the plug is pulled no power then after about 5 minutes it comes back on. When this happens, I checked the fuse panel all set no other breakers are tripped. Iam looking to get it replaced.

Big and sturdy comes to mind when I use this microwave. It has the room inside to put almost any size dish that I carry in my kitchen. The control panel is complete with every time, power, and food selection choice I could imagine. It is in my estimation one complete microwave.

To start, this microwave is a really high quality unit. It is aesthetically pleasing and feels durable as a first impression. Set up seemed to be a breeze, but once we started using the microwave we realized that a few settings needed altering; sound level, power output, and other more simple items. It is not intuitive or user friendly to go into the settings system and change these settings. I had to dig into the full users manual (should have started here) and walk through a few steps to get to these settings. Once I was able to find them, change the setting such as the volume level, I found that the volume at peak output was still really hard to hear around the corner from the kitchen. It is audible up to about 25-30 feet. Simple fix, needs addressing. Otherwise it is a great fit. One of the best features about the microwave is the door hinge design, which allows for the edge of the door to hinge inwards towards the microwave rather than require additional space around the micro to hinge outward into the cabinets. This allows for the unit to fit into any space regardless of depth. With our previous purchase we had to take it back since the door hinged outward into our cabinets and would not open completely. So I love this feature on this micro. Simple improvement, but saves a huge headache on the install.

Excellent microwave. Replaced a Kenmore which lasted 20 years. Will be totally blessed when we see this model lasts that long. In 20 years, We will be over 100 years old. Really don't know if we will be around. Only God knows.

We were happy that Frigidaire had a OTR Microwave model that had the same dimensions as our old Frigidaire microwave (13 years old). And the stainless steel looks great. My son-in-law-law and I had no trouble with the installation and the templates for drilling holes for the bracket and overhead connectors were very helpful. The microwave works great and we™™re very happy with it.

I replaced a GE Profile with this Frigidaire microwave. There is a significant difference in heating. I have to add about 25% more time to heat all foods. I would not recommend this unit.
