Thick and heavy and makes my neck hurt. They were free with the mattress purchase and they didnt have a 1.0 which peopabky would have matched me better.

My first pillow was a Glacier 1.0 and it was phenomenal but slightly too thin so I went up to a 2.0. This pillow feels like a brick. Its supposed to be medium soft but it is hard as a rock. Very disappointed with this purchase. A waste of $200 Very sad

Great quality. You can tell it is the best material. Was nice they let me return it. But had to pay for shipping fee. The pillow did not work out for me. It didnt felt cool enough. Was cool when you touched it but when you lay on it was normal. Plus no neck support. The quiz was inaccurate to help out my neck support.

I have been through lots of pillows due to a neck surgery and have had a hard time finding one that works for me. This pillow to date has been very good. It has held up and not broke down to this point. I am hoping for what I paid that this lasts for many years to make it worth the price. It is not to soft or hard. I went to a local store that sold these pillows to try them out for a short time. The benefit of ordering from the company is that you have time to try it out and send it back if it doesnt work which for me was a huge benefit. The local store would not accept a return which doesnt work for me of the price of the pillow. If this pillow continues to perform the way it has I will be extremely satisfied and happy with this pillow.

If youre looking for support Glacier is not it I had ordered the 1.0 glacier and I thought no support due to the size returned it and order the 2.0 and was hoping it will be more supportive but unfortunately did not. And the coolness its not all like their other pillows I have tried several of their pillows and this glacier for its price I was expecting a lot more.

Honestly dropping 200 on a pillow is insane. It was hard to pull the trigger on it. That being said unfortunately I havent regretted the purchase. Right when I got it I thew in a silk pillowcase on and took an 18min nap. I woke up only bc I was drooling. I dont normally drool. The pillow is plush and cool with an incredible feel to the touch. Its insane and an absolute luxury zone

Bought my husband this pillow 7 months ago. He loves it. Went online and took the test to determine my best pillow. Ordered it and my head was practically at a 90 degree angle. Contacted about exchanging the pillow. Bedgear would not send me a label even though I recently had surgery and couldnt leave the house. I was told I had to pay for return which cost me $34. Decided since I love my husbands pillow to just go back and buy the same one I bought him. Safe purchase? NOT. Got the pillow and it is bigger than the first one I bought. Emailed customer service and now I am having to wait to go through a warranty process? This is BS. Will not buy another item from this company. NOT USER FRIENDLY EVEN WHEN THEY SCREW UP

I slept with my glacier 2.0 last night for the first time. Hey I could feel totally different from other pillows I have used. It is soft to the touch which at first I thought it was not work for me. But my neck did not sink but was comfortably in place the entire night. I had the best sleep I had in months. My chiropractor recommended the glacier to me.

Terrible. Flat uncomfortable. Doesnt hold its shape. As a side and back sleeper this pillow goes flat where my head lays and doesnt recover even after getting up. Constantly have to fluff it back up.
