​Derek Marlin with Elevation Investment Properties is the first guest which is a company that helps home owners sell their home by fixing and flipping them. They have one program called Elevation Partnership Flip where they come in and pay and manage the renovation projects and when they resell it the home owner will get the as is selling price and a percentage of the profits. Their projects are usually full remodels and gutting the property. Once the property is on the market they are under contract in an average of two days.
