AFO Price Guarantee Policy

At Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattresses (“AFO”), we are committed to providing low prices and will price match the appliance and mattress prices of our competitors, as defined herein, in accordance with this Price Match Policy. If you find a lower advertised price from any other appliance and/or mattress retailer that operates at least one physical store in Colorado (the “competitor(s)”), for an identical, in-stock appliances and mattresses (“qualifying products”), AFO will beat the competitor(s)’ price. The qualifying products must be an identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number. The advertised price of AFO’s competitor must be an actual, bona fide price and the price must be in writing subject to independent verification by AFO. Additionally, the competitor(s)’ advertised price for the identical qualifying products must have been advertised to the general public within thirty (30) days of your purchase of the qualifying appliance from AFO. In other words, the competitor(s)’ advertised price for the qualified products must have been advertised thirty (30) days before or after your purchase of the identical qualifying appliance from AFO. The competitor(s)’ online items must be in stock at the time a price match is requested. Competitor(s)’ price for the qualified products must be valid at the time the price match is requested. AFO reserves the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.

This Price Match Policy specifically excludes: (1) non-qualifying products; (2) prices advertised from any retailer, entity, or person that advertises its prices on the Internet or similar medium, but such retailer, entity, or person does not operate at least one physical store in Colorado; (3) prices that only display on a website of competitor(s) after guests log in the website; (4) clearance, closeout, or damaged products, used products, refurbished products, products in open packages or products offered in liquidation sales; (5) prices advertised only as a percent off or dollar off; (6) prices on products offered through a paid membership club or paid loyalty programs, e.g. prices that require a club or loyalty card that is associated with a membership fee.; (6) products offered in connection with a “buy one, get one” or similar promotion if the retail price is not shown in the advertisement; and (7) other AFO advertised prices for the qualifying products.

From time to time, AFO may advertise this Price Match Policy using the following advertising slogans: “Guaranteed Best Price or Your Appliance or Your Appliance is Free,” “Unbeatable Savings,” Guaranteed Unbeatable Saving,” “We Beat the Competition,” “We beat Home Depot,” “We Beat Lowes,” “We Beat Sears,” and/or other similar advertising slogans. Such slogans do not create any guarantee or warranty of specific merchandise, price, quality, quantity, or availability and are used merely to advertise AFO’s Price Match Policy.
