Chuck Ewing, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Chuck started Appliance Factory Outlet from his garage in 1986 as a way to support his music career. He opened his first retail store in Denver in 1998. Chuck has grown the business into a $50 million enterprise that's survived through two economic recessions.

A fourth-generation Coloradan, Chuck’s entrepreneurial roots run deep in Colorado history. His great-great grandfather raised horses from his homestead in Fort Lupton to sell in Denver. Chuck carries his family legacy as the founder of the largest independently owned appliance retail business in Colorado.

Ann Diddlebock, Chief Financial Officer. Ann joined Appliance Factory Outlet as Chief Financial Officer in 2005 after serving the company for 15 years as its primary financial consultant. She has more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience across multiple industries, including retail sales, commercial real estate, cable television, electronic transaction processing and prepaid cellular services. Past clients include RACO Industrial; United Artists Entertainment, Telecommunications, Inc. and Cash Resources, Inc.

Ann is a native Coloradan. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Kevin Drako, Chief Operating Officer.Kevin brings more than 11 years of leadership experience from large retail companies including the Florida-based Appliance Direct, Wilsons Leather, J. Baker and Software Etc. (now known as GameStop).

After becoming Appliance Factory Outlet & Mattress’ first Chief Operating Officer in 2010, Kevin worked diligently to develop a corporate culture based on performance, community and accountability. His efforts from his first three years in the company resulted in 54 percent growth in sales. He aspires to continue his efforts to help the company expand in the Rocky Mountain region, and to develop the best customer service in the industry.

Kevin grew up in Spotswood, New Jersey. He’s called Colorado home for three years.

Dennis Kaw, General Counsel. Dennis joined Appliance Factory Outlet as its first general counsel in 2010. He manages all in-house legal needs from the corporate office in Denver, and  also develops strategies for corporate growth.

Dennis graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1998, and has past experience as a trial attorney in Denver and a U.S. Air Force Captain and prosecutor with the Judge Advocate General Corp. In 2012, he received the Best Corporate Counsel Rising Star Award from the Denver Business Journal.
